This is a small holiday house with a private garden of some 2000
sq ft. The ground floor has a sitting/dining area, a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower. Upstairs is one double
bedroom and two twin bedrooms. From the living area the patio doors open into an external dining area with sun-canopy. Capacity
is for up to 6 persons.
The house is one of four located in a quiet residencial street,
set in a pinewood about five minutes walk from the nearest beach and cove. The town of Platja d'Aro with shops, restaurants,
discos and water park is about 10 minutes walk and there is a bus stop about 3 or 4 minutes from the house with buses to nearby
Palamos and San Antonio or to Gerona or Barcelona.

A HOLIDAY HOUSE FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT
We have no minimum rental but prefer one week in peak season or 3 days off-season. The price includes everything
and there are no extra charges. We provide all bedlinen but ask you to bring your own towels. We are flexible on arrival/departure
dates.
When you make a reservation we ask that you inform us of the names and details of all your group and all your flight
or arrival/departure plans.
We ask for a deposit of 10% when you first reserve and the balance 8 weeks before arrival.
If the booking is last minute we can arrange Paypal or cash payment on arrival.
